travis, obviously you dont know much about football. the big 12 DOES play defense. ok state and oklahoma have good defenses. ok state held texas(same team who put up 45 on ou) to 28 points and that should have been 21. oklahoma held texas tech to 21 points, the same team that dropped 39 on texas. the big 12 just has outstanding quarterbacks, just like you see the best qaurterbacks in the nfl ruin the best defenses.

Big 12 Defenses are shit compared to SEC defenses. Anyone with half a brain can tell you that. Crabtree, Bryant, and Maclin are good no doubt. But, they are all on pass happy teams playing against mediocre defense.
