Thanks for posting. This is both interesting and great. J.Geils Band also played a great version of this song on their live album "Full House". No disrespect to J.Geils Band but this version has a certain funky groove to it, along with that great Peter Green (Les Paul) tone.

Excellent historical performance - thanks for posting. I also think I saw Elaine Benes dancing with her little kicks in this video...

Actually I believe this is a Tremolux...Peter used this for smaller gigs. Spencer used a Twin and Danny K used a Dual Showman (both JBL equipped).

Also read all Mac played Twin Reverbs, Super Reverbs and Orange amps in the late sixties.

In this gig, it looks to be a blond fender showman from the early sixties (100 watts-46L6's)and Danny looks like he's playin' a mid sixties blackface version of the same amp, maybe a dual showman. Hope this helps-cheers mate!

The description of this is spot on. Peter Green is known as a great guitarist which he surely is, yet I must agree I love his vocals also. I also love songs like "Tallahasee Lassie", "Oh Well" and of course the haunting "Green Manalishi" that one sends chills up the spine.
