It is good that a powerful country like Russia is interested in making ties with Latin American countries. It will allow independent Latin American countries like Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and Nicaragua not to be isolated in front of the US.

Well ya for one thing most of the Caribbean isent even latino. Most are black. Second most of the Caribbean love the U.S. Hell much of latin America isent even latino. Most people that live in latin America are either white or black.

Cuba isn't Latin America. Cuba is in the Caribbean. Cubans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans (part of the US) are not the same as Latin America, geographically, culturally, and so much more.
