Good, but simply not exciting. And tone too thin throughout. Technically very solid, but needs a lot more, especially for a competition as major as Tchaikovsky Competition. After all, the Tchaikovsky is up there with the Queen Elisabeth, Indianapolis, Paganini, Sibelius, and Wieniawski competitions. Lucky to even be in semifinals, I think. I am more impressed with most of the playing in Indianapolis than Tchaikovsky especially Augustin Hadelich. He IS a TRUE musician who DESERVES a major career.

Is he her brother? Sie ist very good, but sie doesn't have her own interpretation. This work was too difficult für this. But the last part is not very bad.
