Guinness claim ID 189799, aired on National TV - G4TV Attack of the Show, and on ABC Byte This. Also in Total Guitar Magazine June 2008 issue. This is NOT a music video, or musical in nature, I have other videos for music. This is ONLY a demonstration of alternate picking speed, and the technique used to obtain that speed. Keep the video responses coming. I really would love to see someone faster! =DaveBTW, the Guinness page can be accessed by going to my channel & clicking the flaming banner.

That was really really really fast so fast that most peoples ears proably can't pick up every note.Hmmm. wonder how fast your hand was moving....I notice the camera doesn't have good enough frame rate to see how fast it actully is moving about 4-6 notes per frame. A slowed version of this would be cool so you could actully hear every note... but then you would have more people writing stupid comments most likely.

48 notes per second is not physically possible. That would be (for example) 12 four finger runs, in ONE SECOND. Come on...=Dave

Im not criticizing him, Its tough too pick that fast but I honestly dont see how that technique is useful in lead guitar techniques.

you know. Those who call others gay, are USUALLY gay themselves. And you make it sound like you are. Just saying.
