It's caled "Elevador Lacerda" and means "Lacerda's elevator". Lacerda was the engeneering ho made the project of this elevator which conects the two parts of the city of Salvador, the "high city" and the "low city". You need to pay R$0,05 to use the elevator and it corresponds to US$0,02! See u
